Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes we do, please ensure the delivery is correctly set while checking out and that there aren't any mistakes when entering your address. We do not accept any responsibility for issues arising from incorrect address and you may have to pay for additional delivery if the item is returned back to us.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive a receipt via email and you can view any orders made in your account page.

How can I return an item?

Please see our returns page at the very bottom of the page. We accept returns up to 14 days after sale.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestically in the UK we try and aim for a within 1 week delivery, usually 3 days.

Internationally please allow up to two weeks if you are in Europe, Asia or the US due to any customs delays.

Please note European delivery will likely be within 1 week, but please allow 2.

All orders are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your order once it has been collected from us.
