Description
A Pair of Meissen candlesticks 19c, modelled after Leuteniz as a triangular stem hung with laurel wreaths from putti heads beneath lilac ground silhouette panels. The stepped circular bases with laurel garlands over panels of putti, heightened overall in gilding with turquoise and pink enamels. The sconces with floral encrusted detail.
Underglaze blue crossed sword marks and incised shape No 61 to base.
